We hired additional machinists, invested in the ongoing training of our people and significant capital equipment that increased our capability and capacity while providing uncompromised quality.
We are keenly aware that our success in satisfying our customers resulted in unprecedent orders during 2022 and as a result extended our normal lead times. We thank you for your understanding during that time. We once again made investments and in early 2023, those investments allowed us to return to lead times that you have historically expected.
